What are the best aspects of this product?

GoldMine is an ideal app that students should install on their phones and computers. It gives us access to our school records from existing loans, payment status, schedules, and availability of online courses at our University. I am a working student, and I rely on my Financial Aid to help me get through with my education. GoldMine makes all of these possibilities for me and many other students who are continually struggling to finish their studies and pay their loans on time. Should there be a need for me to access or request school records such as transcripts or certifications, I can do this using GoldMine. I can say that using this platform helped me manage my school work even better despite my hectic schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have observed that the app crashes from time to time, which needs to be fixed. This usually happens when updates are made available, which should not be the case at all.

GoldMine makes life easier and more comfortable for most students because they can easily access what they need using a single platform. More payment options are added into the system, plus it gives us open access to our Financial Aid, which helps me keep track of my tuition fees and school-related payment.
