What are the best aspects of this product?

With Google Chart tools, I have plenty of modules and designs to choose from. What makes Google Chart tools rich is the fact that it comes for free. It's easy to customize and I can design it just the way I want it to be. For making charts, it's flexible. No plugins are needed and it's capable of working across multiple browsers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even though Google Chart Tools can be customized, it doesn't have the customization functionality as tha seen in JavaScript. Another downer is that it didnt' offer a statistical processing that you'd come to expect. It works fine with simpler data. But when it comes to comprehensive statistics, it mightily struggled. With Google Chart Tools, I can't work offline.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Google Chart Tools constantly face real-time data and statistical info for every user. A user can make use of Google Chart Tools for showcasing data in the form of graps, charts, and other Google Chart Tools. All they need is to have it synchronized to their ID so data can be displayed. No plugins are needed in this case. All it takes is a browser to see all graphs and charts.
