What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things with Google Chart Tools is its ability work across browsers. I love how I could seamless work across platforms and not worrying about inaccessibility. I'm also at ease knowing I can edit my work anytime. What's more, the platform allows for customizations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one thing that's missing with the tool is its gallery of charts. I felt that, with a company as big as Google, they could've filled the gallery a little more than what's being shown. It should be have more options available. I wish they'd have more room for creative freedom in terms of design presentation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this product, I'm now able to do an analysis on certain data. I can also present data directly to my clients and colleagues. This had made things easier to explain as a presenter. What's more, those who listen to my presentation can understand what I'm trying to present.
