What are the best aspects of this product?

It is intuitive in terms of its features. With its ability to provide different templates and chart models, you can find something to get started in creating graphs and charts. It offers a friendly interface for anyone, regardless of whether you are an expert or not, to come up with attractive charts and graphs. You can also access all the charts on the dashboard by linking them. Users can utilize the services of Google Spreadsheets to store or keep live data so that it can be analyzed by the Google Chart Tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the tool offers reliable analytics and presentable functionalities, I do not know how long Google will keep it around. This is because, there was the Image Charts which had better functionality as compared to the current version, Google Chart Tools, but Google scrapped it off in 2012. This was a disappointing move as the Image Charts were a better pick and most users were used to what it had to offer. It would be better if they brought back the previous version or integrate it with the current version to offer the best of the two worlds.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has brought simplicity to my doorsteps. I can analyze data easily from the raw data I get from my website. The setup process is the only thing that may give you a headache. From there you are good to go. Since you are used to the Google Spreadsheets, you do not need any form of training to get around it. Live data will be kept in those spreadsheets and the tool produces charts and graphs online, automatically. In short, you can produce dynamic graphs and charts in real time and present them with ease.
