What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows me to customize what I am working on at the moment. Since the software is compatible with multiple platforms, I can use the tool to edit and make changes without having to worry about the compatibility of the platform. Google Chart Tools aim in making the work easier. When it comes to customization of the interface to suit my needs, it offers a reliable platform and functionality for me to achieve that with minimum effort. In short, I got better than what I bargained for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the tool offers reliable features for me to use and work with, the gallery does not have charts. When I first decided to use the tool, I thought that it would have multiple charts in its gallery for me to choose and use them to make presentations using those charts. However, I did not find that bearing in mind that Google is a reputable company. It would be better if they provided a wide range of charts in their gallery to help users be creative and customize their presentations the way they want while adding creativity to it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before this, I could not present data in an easy way. At the workplace, you want to present data, after analyzing it, in the simplest way to both the clients and your fellow workmates. Google Chart Tools has made it easy for me. As a presenter I need to analyze well the data I want to present before I can showcase it for viewing. This product has come of age to help me out on that part. When it comes to simplicity I can achieve that by making the presentations easy to understand and present for my audience.
