What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how there are different charts Google Charts is offering. It's refreshing to see new charts that I haven't about or come across. I can customize the chart according to different preferences. It's an awesome tool for use regardless of where and what you're working on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not sure if there's anything that I dislike with Google Charts. It appears it has everything I need when working with chart tools. I'm not sure if there's even a downside with it. Maybe its negative may be the fact that it's made from Google, not from another third party company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tackling business issues by making use of a vivid and colourful chart to showcase different statistics. It benefits in a way that a wide range of charts are available to cater to different target audiences --- without added cost! I'd like to make use of Google Charts for my students' parents to show how their child/children fare in math and/or reading.
