What are the best aspects of this product?
its online in the cloud. But see below: everything else is worse than Word
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its unusable: formatting is a nightmare, copying google sheets tables into it is almost unworkable - copying 100 rows from a spreadsheet takes two minutes! So much for Google's amazing hosting horsepower.document reverted to previous version. 3 HOURS WORK LOST! NO WAY TO RECOVER. Terrible terrible terrible product.

copy and paste google sheets: make it work
paragraph styles: ,makes them work
allow you to edit where the cursor is on the screen, not the line below (!)
