What are the best aspects of this product?
Google Docs has great app for mobile device so we can pull up docs any where. We can share everything we want with whoever we want. It provides access to all files. We don’t have to use Microsoft Word because the whole process was complicated because we had to save the docs on desktop and share it online. It tracks every change of the docs and changes even the previous versions are automatically saved.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could add zoom in/out feature, this is very important because we deal with large sheets and we have difficulties when reading them. And the other thing that I don’t like is that I need few more apps in order to modify changes, another app for sheets and slides and this can be really frustrating when switching between apps.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to assign multiple people for one project, we can share docs, edit and lock them if needed. Managers have full access and control over the docs.
