I have great experience with Google Docs

What are the best aspects of this product?

Google Docs is easy to use and self-explanatory platform. Even if you lose internet connection you can still edit docs and they are automatically saved in offline mode. It is reliable solution and there is no need for backing up files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you upload docs to Google Docs format and fonts of the docs can get little changed. Also, it lacks some features for improving representation of docs. There is no option to adjust size of the columns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve collaboration with students and we are able to keep track of each other’s work so we can make suggestions, it has great collaborative features for that purpose. It allows me to edit and make recommendations and leave comments to their work.
