What are the best aspects of this product?

Everyone in our company uses Gmai l with Google Docs combination so we can store data and docs and make them accessible to anyone. It offers cross-compatibility with MOS. Also, it provides add-ons like PDF read/write software. And the other good thing is that it is cloud based solution and you can protect docs with passwords. Furthermore, you can create, modify and share docs while on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m worry about state of cloud and SaaS particularly, because I hold huge amount of information that is vulnerable to potential attack.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform meets all our needs, we can password protect our docs and share them with our employees.
