What are the best aspects of this product?

Google Docs is wonderful solution that replace Microsoft Word. I like that I can have access to my docs from any device, I can share them with others, I can invite them to edit docs and keep track of changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires internet connection, other than that the platform is wonderful.

We use Google Docs as a tool for sharing information and docs with each other. It helps us to work together on one document without sharing one office. Everyone can edit documents and have access to them.
