What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Google Docs simplicity and real-time collaboration. Our managers and colleagues can keep track of the documents online without coming to my office. There is an option to share links with documents and they can see it in real time. It is great tool for collaborating with others.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is extremely simply solution, and maybe on thing that I might don’t like about it is the lack of work count, but it offers lot of plugins so you don’t have to worry about.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can get quick approvals for text docs and we don’t have to use Skype or mail in order to share docs with each others. You can easily go back to previous versions, make changes. You can always check the history of the docs and it will provide you with information who edited it.
