What are the best aspects of this product?

As a marketing coordinator I use Google Docs to develop, share and get feedback on content I develop like press releases, product sheets, blogs and emails. I like that this platform streamlines the content approval process and it provides us with friendly environment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve how shared documents are housed and accessed, and we found it difficult to recall docs by name and we have to scroll down in order to find them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Google Docs to share files and to get immediate approval and feedback for our documents. We can house and access huge amount of information in one place. The system is user-friendlu and it provides us with collaboration tools and features.
