What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can organize files and to put them in one place. I don’t have to search through emails in order to find attachments. All I have to do is to open the files in Drive and to organize them the way I want. Also, there is easy integration with other file-sharing platforms with Drive. I’m able to keep Docs, Sheets and Forms, jpgs and PDFs within the Google Drive cloud.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes some time to understand how to organize files and docs, but it can be really helpful if you use Gmail then you won’t have some problems. What I don’t like is that I have to constantly go through and clean things because I can never know what’s there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have to say that Google platforms are compatible with other interfaces. We often use Gmail to access and edit files, this makes the whole process easy. It saves lot of space and you can manage your cloud account from your phone device.
