What are the best aspects of this product?

Google Drive is perfect for collabs and teamwork. It can store different files in a different format. It's a secure cloud storage, you don't have to worry about privacy and stuff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to be a Gmail user to be able to fully use all the Google Drive functions. It also adjusts the formatting of an MS Word file if you upload it and start working on it online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team's collaboration improved because of this tool. We can now easily work together on a document and share files conveniently.
