What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the overall interface of Google Maps! It's user-friendly and really interactive! It is so rich in information such as images, restaurant reviews, traffic, travel time, and even terrain data! This information is really helpful when planning a trip. And since it uses augmented reality, getting lost as you navigate unfamiliar streets almost never happens! I also love the Location Sharing feature because it allows me to track the whereabouts of my loved ones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It sometimes doesn't work if accessed in a super remote location using mobile data, so it is necessary to download the offline map.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Google Maps helped me a lot in looking for parking spaces, malls, hotels, and restaurants in unfamiliar cities! I can also save my frequently visited places so it would be easier to check at it the next time.
