What are the best aspects of this product?

I love so many things about Google Maps! I listed some of my favorite features: (1) it allows you to save your favorite places; (2) it provides transportation options to reach an indicated place; (3) it has voice navigation that can help you find your way while driving so you can focus your eyes on the road; (4) it gives you a list of events near your location; (5) it's location sharing can be used as a safety measure especially if a vulnerable person is traveling alone; (6) it allows you to travel without worries and without the need for a tour guide; (7) it basically allows you virtually travel around the world; (8) it warns you about the real-time traffic situation which is helpful in planning your route!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when your current location isn't detected or updated. We also had an experience where the map directed us to a different location.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Google Maps is helpful in avoiding traffic jams and in planning your trips! It is also helpful for parents to track their kids' location.
