What are the best aspects of this product?

Google Maps made traveling more easy and convenient! It definitely helps you to reach various places around the globe (physically and virtually).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a few experiences wherein we took a shortcut suggested by the Maps, but ended up in the wrong place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's definitely a travel essential. I use it every time I need to go to an unfamiliar place.
