I love how convenient and easy it is to create a verified business page using this product. After the whole process of signing up and verification, your business page automatically appears in Google Maps and in Google Search.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This app is great, but it's also a double-edged sword when it comes to business reviews. If someone leaves a bad review in your business page, there is no way to remove it even if it's not true.
