What are the best aspects of this product?
I am the scheduler for a volunteer organization that requires a minimum of 16 volunteers every day for our thrift shop to stay open. Our problem before using GoReminders was getting volunteers to remember their scheduled shifts. If we didn't have enough volunteers show up for their shift, then we couldn't open the store, sales would suffer, and we couldn't support our 501(c)(3) parent organization. Now volunteers get a reminder two days before their shift, and no-shows have been eliminated completely.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have any complaints or issues with any part of the program. They continue to upgrade and simplify so it's user friendly and very time efficient.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I can't think of anything.

as indicated above, no-shows for scheduled shifts were a problem for us, but that has been completely eliminated with use of GoReminders.
