PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Intuitive and easy to use design and navigation. Online/anytime availability. Lessons & learning diced up into easy to swallow chunks. Relevant content and skills training for most business professionals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see a larger question database developed to ensure that testing questions differ from quiz questions. This would help ensure understanding of the concepts and reduce the tendency to lean on short term memorization.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Interactive testing for skills concepts like Excel where demonstrating a concept is possible and adds value. Also would like to see additional tips & tricks for specific applications. There is so much that is possible within the skills categories covered, it would be both a benefit to the consumer and as a business model to continually add content to re-engage the consumer that may have completed all that was available at the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform serves well as an introduction to important concepts and skills, such as Lean Six Sigma and Office applications. For many startups and small businesses, reports and reporting are starting from scratch and are very dependent on the skill set of the employee responsible for designing and implementing them. Being able to quickly train new or existing employees, who may not come to the company with these skills or need to brush-up, is invaluable.
