What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use and a broad range of courses. Range of courses less than other online course providers which not an issue may be an issue once topics of interest exhausted in their catalogue. Notes now available with courses and videos short and informative. Test and final exam ensure understanding of content.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had no issues with access or functionality, all worked well in my experience.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As mentioned above course catalogue less than others so this will need to be expanded to entice continuing annual subscription.

Personal subscription.
