What are the best aspects of this product?
We can track everything through GPS Insight! I can pull up all kinds of reports. My favorite would be generating milestone reports—know the progress of our projects, the hold-ups, etc.—then provide updates and solutions for the problems that arise. The customer support is also quite impressive. They are always ready to help and know-how to fix the issues and readily give relevant answers to our questions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am yet to see a feature that I do not like about GPS Insight.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Provide accurate ETAs, immediately see areas of concern, fix them accordingly, track our team's locations, and provide them better routes.
