What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many ways to find the location of any object or place within the software. With these many parameters, we can zero in on a location with ease and get there without incident. Because of it, we can always be punctual and professional, to the delight of our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still many features that we have not maximized. However, many of these are not relevant to me. Also, to complete some searches, we have to add numerous parameters and this is very laborious. The software would refuse to conduct the search unless we fill in all the fields but I think this is not necessary.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Following a workflow or locating a shipment is effortless using this software. It helps us make sure that they arrive at our warehouses in good shape. Plus, this app lets us follow other shipments without having to look at different sites.
