What are the best aspects of this product?

The software has gone beyond our expectations. It makes tracking more than 100 vehicles across different regions effortless. On top of that, the customer support is superb.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The design could use an upgrade. Other than that, I have no problems with it.
