PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

1. Proper information delivery and confidentiality are must-haves in training tools, both of which Graphy aids us with
2. They offer an easy-to-use interface for the employees to access without any hassle
3. Auto-generated reports of quizzes & live tests and built-in assignment features ensure complete and effective training of an individual
4. Forms can also be rolled out to gather feedback on the training sessions conducted
5. Graphy records and banks all user data which in turn helps you better manage your trainees

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For one-on-one sessions, we have been sharing Calendly links within the platform and it would be great for Graphy to introduce a built-in feature for the same.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would be thrilled to see Graphy working on newer and trending website design themes in addition to the existing collection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since our brand is technologically-driven, the employees require frequent training with respect to the constant upgrades in the product and the company. With Graphy, we can ensure the delivery of our training in the best possible manner through a wide range of multimedia support and interactive live sessions.
