PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Be it creation or marketing of your courses, it offers everything you need to run your online education business under one umbrella
Multimedia courses with recorded videos, live classes, PDFs, images, audio etc can be published
Countless integrations of third-party tools are available on the platform to make the process easier
There is an Asset Library that compiles and maintains all kinds of data uploaded or created on the platform, irrespective of the file type which makes it easy to use the resource in multiple courses.
Round-the-clock support through chat & email along with dedicated account managers

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All the settings in the admin dashboard are pretty self-explanatory and one can also refer to the knowledge base for a deeper understanding of the platform but the interface can be made a little more appealing to the eye

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I had placed a feature request of bulk upload of course items at https://feedback.graphy.com/ and I’m impressed with how quickly they implemented it

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Prior to Graphy, we had to purchase a lot of different tools in addition to website hosting but now, accessing all of it in one single dashboard has not only helped us cut down the cumulative cost to a great extent but has also made it super convenient
