Affordable and very easy to use.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Grass GIS is accessible, affordable, and easy to install and use. It is equipped with so many tools that work impressively well with other programs that I use such as EPANET, Google Earth, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it packs an impressive number of features in its toolbox, it still can't quite compare to ArcGis in terms of sheer volume alone. However, it is more affordable than ArcGis and can be more friendly in its integration with other programs too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Grass handles its data analysis features and integrations quite well. It is a simple planning tool that makes it a lot more convenient for me to analyze and make changes to existing maps. It helps me create a web of interconnected networks as well.
