Finally–a GIS program that I can rely on.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Grass gives me access to all the tools necessary for my work. It allows me to edit and analyze geospatial data very quickly. I love how it is available for a plugin in QGis too. Overall, it's a reliable, accessible, and helpful tool that helps me with my projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface can be a bit tricky, but nothing too difficult to handle. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired too, but this is already a given with open source programs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Grass helps me convert my data into a more understandable and readable format. It helps me sift through all the details so that I can only access what is necessary. Its overall format helps me perform environmental and hydrological analysis.
