What are the best aspects of this product?
Since I'm a hiring manager, I like how I can directly collaborate with the team responsible for recruiting. If facing issues with a candidate or changes have been made for an event, they're all tracked in the GH. The scoring/notes system is easy to leran. GH is really good at keeping things simple, while keeping things open to customize the process of interview.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a struggle using it on a smartphone. If you intend in filling out a scorecard or look into a scorecard from another person, it can be a pain to read.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Keeping track of potential candidates and applicants who are applying for their position. It's incredible how it can integrate with Entelo for sourcing passive candidates.
