What are the best aspects of this product?
GreenHouse isn't really hard to use. Its got a majority of the features you'll want in today's ATS. It functions reasonably well with online posts, referrals, and social media.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It lacks the overly easy-to-use referral medium for staff/employees like that of Lever. It so happens their LinkedIn and Chrome extension isn't as robust as I thought. But then again, I'm just nitpicking.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had a hard time trying to monitor our applicants. We had no standard flow when making candidate assessments. But that all changed with Greenhouse.
