What are the best aspects of this product?

Very detailed and user friendly ATS. A more complete overview of the recruitment team and a clearer details of job applicants and interviewers, particularly if you have a variety of positions, vacancies, divisions and applicants. Customer service is fantastic, and because of that our entire staff highly admire engaging with Greenhouse. The latest update is heading towards in the right way, we look forward what we can do after this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Prospective channels are not simple to install and using it for job applicants particularly with those who do not have common or recurrent job requirements. Nonetheless, there is no issue with the human resource department. We would choose to have many capabilities to personalized user Authorization that we can accept the fact the reason behind the course of action.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are many job opportunities, groups, with a wide range of requirements and procedures, but there is also require to coincide the system and international reporting. I don't know what we able to perform over the last 1 year and in half without Greenhouse.
