What are the best aspects of this product?
The software is very simple and intuitive. It doesn't take multiple of steps to maneuver, and the customer support is humble and informative. We can use conversation, and we also have a customer representative which is good. The mobile device software is great, although some of tool is not available. Every week they publish notices and updates. Source monitoring is installed and their compatibility with other tools is remarkable, including related aspirant application. Calendar tool is fantastic as it works with microsoft office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting is need to develop and update. There is no personalized reports are available, aside from for an additional cost. Thiugh the CRM is need to imorove so that it is not easy to identify what was sent to teams and until they are simply forwarded to the next level , which is determined by the user. There are no career notifications for potential or internal applicants. Calendar application does not permit to synchronized to be connected to Skype / Teams / GotoMeeting, etc., because of that we do it manually without using Greenhouse.

Performance measures and reliable interviews are established in Greenhouse completely. Greenhouse is making us achieve our target objectives and applicants experience as well.
