Really simple to setup, even easier for visitors to use. My employees and guests all rave about Greetly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Will be even better when they add Slack notifications. Which they say is coming any week now.

Our Office Manager was doubling as our receptionist. It really killed her productivity. So Greetly allows us to offer amazing reception and our Office Manager to do an excellent job at her primary role.
