What are the best aspects of this product?

It was quick to install and easy to use. It was also very cost effective for our business to use compared to the other options we looked at. I also feel my data is very secure which is important for me. This product works as I would expect and don’t have a bad word to say about it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldn’t fault this product and I therefore can’t think of any reasons why I don’t like the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ‘no touch visitor check-in’ is the best thing about this product because it made it easier to enforce social distancing which allows our employees to feel safe at work and it helps to stop the spread of COVID-19.
