What are the best aspects of this product?

Like the title suggests the logbook is the best part. I have to attend various meetings with clients and have to take up a lot of calls. The logbook function helps in managing this and allows me to focus on my work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't appreciate the design.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Some sort of automatic emailing function would be really helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My clients are a lot more happier, of course not everyone at the firm is using the app but I am and it has helped me in my career.
