What are the best aspects of this product?

I mainly use it to manage my diary digitally and invoice my clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think Task/Reminder can be improved.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As an accountant, I would like to send client engagement letters for e-signature but the software doesn't offer this at the moment.

I don't keep the manual client appointment diary and reminder notifications really help me stay on top of the things.
