PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The products enables me to manage my calendar , schedule /reschedule appointments and take payments. I love the fact that I am able to charge clients before booking an appointment.

Being in the education industry , this is a useful feature to have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software has great interface and is easy to use. I have not encountered any problems so far....

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see invoice module have more invoice templates which we can choose from.

The process of setting up an appointment with clients
We are able to charge client's prior to booking appointment which helps with the cash flow and staff can collaborate better and share documents with each other remotely.
