What are the best aspects of this product?

It enables us to perform all essential functions to run a business such as scheduling, invoicing, communication with clients all from a single platform. We can also capture leads from our website and share our calendar with website traffic.

The application is slick , intuitive and easy to use. It has entirely streamlined our bookings and payments process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The email marketing/newsletter features are not very detailed. They do the basic job but they can offer more newsletter templates and can develop it further.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like them to further develop invoicing module and offer option to receive recurring payments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us to manage our business more effectively. The appointment booking feature has reduced no show-ups by 80%. We can take payments immediately by enabling clients to make online payments which has helped us with maintaining health cash flow.

Having clients data centrally in one place has enabled our sales staff to upsell our services to existing clients by having more information about them which they can review before making the call
