It works great and is easy to implement

What are the best aspects of this product?

1. You can keep your s3 bucket private and use Gumlet for all images.
2. It's super easy and simple to implement - setup and sdk both.
3. Excellent UI

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. I honestly believe that the earlier pricing model of charging for data is better than per site. It's still pretty reasonable though.
2. It supports s3 and a few other. However, it could have been simpler if all s3 compatible services were included - b2, linode storage etc.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Support for video streaming would make this offering complete for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Slow loading images primarily. We also use image processing extensively.
