The best aspect of this product is the name. Somehow this company got a short URL.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Cumbersome cumbersome cumbersome. Prepare to spend most of your time dealing with the service and their tedious, overly complicated practices.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a system that is streamlined. I system like freelance.com of peopleperhour. Even fiverr.com highly preferable.

No problems were solved that we could not have solved with the other services and it felt like we constantly lost time needlessly dealing with their admin.
