What are the best aspects of this product?

I've started using H&R Block five years ago and I'm still pleased with the results it gives me until now. It can import my previous tax return and allows me to input the necessary data to create my tax return for the current year. It lessens the hassle of understanding complicated jargon about tax. I have a superb tax return every year and can file it easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to fix the disparity between the federal and state return fee.
