What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy to use and it walks you through the process without making it hard to understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't save the spot where you last edited the details. It makes it hard to find where you left off.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't need to hire an accountant to do my taxes. I can do it myself with fewer expenses.
