What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is easy to understand and you can input information efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can't see the actual form until you pay for it. I'd love it if we can see a preview so I can check if I'd miss anything. I'd also appreciate it if we can opt-out of the updates and the tax pro option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm accomplishing tax returns easily. We were able to satisfy the needs of our clients resulting in a boost in our business.
