A bit of a learning curve at first but once in it works better than many other BI tools

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Halo is flexible for our needs, in terms of formatting and designing essential elements that we can do ourselves using the tool, which is very consistent in quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the learning curve wasn't so steep when it comes to Halo and the cube form. It would also be great if the tool's front end could be more flexible in terms of formatting and shapes. In our team, not everything should be a cube, so using Halo's front-end functions can be tricky and uncommon to other more common tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're more strategic, with an analytics and business intelligence team in place, thanks to Halo. In less than a year, our inventory, accounting, and open orders dashboard are up and running, systematically providing updates daily.
