What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Halo enables me to streamline all company information into one platform, whose improvements are indicative of how Halo's offerings and packages are competitive compared with other software available in the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great for the UX and UI to be a lot easier to get used to, especially for beginners, because it was a struggle in the beginning.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to conveniently access all our company information because it's in one place that is easy to use, manage, and streamline.
