What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Halo enables us to keep a record of our past sales and that we can pull up information instantly. It's very easy to use, and their customer service support is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I look forward to the fix to improve Halo's pivot data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's a lot quicker to consolidate materials into a report, thanks to Halo's templates. We can even schedule to send reports going out at regular times.
