Great support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the support team is with us every step of the way. They are prompt in their replies and always have a solution to our issues and would even follow up to see if we have concerns about the issue we raised.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great for the login emails to come from our own domain, instead of a set one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're now able to monitor our marketing teams' sales and resources, so it's easy for each team member to access information about their customers and performance anywhere in the world.
