What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Halo's service and delivery is excellent. It's not just easy-to-use analytics and BI solution, it also offers insights and recommendations that help us make informed decisions that benefit the company. Halo's support team is strong: they are kind, patient, and able to resolve any issue or concern we reach out to them about.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think so. I like Halo -- it benefits everyone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to go into joint ventures and expand the coverage of our Halo functionalities into our industrial departments. We appreciated how much Halo has been helping us and target exactly what we need. It has done great work with our IT, management, and sales teams because of an excellent support team that never fails to offer a great solution. We look forward to applying Halo into more of our teams.
