What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this user-friendly product's support team is always on hand to answer our questions and help us troubleshoot issues. Halo Source is the best in consolidating our data resources instantly. Halo overall is very reliable and has enabled us to become a more time-efficient team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we could install specific packages only, instead of reinstalling the whole application. It causes glitches on the web app too, even if Halo Source is not affected.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Instead of just a specific service installation, we'd upgrade the entire app so we can resolve issues.
